日本には約8,000箇所の老人ホームがあります。
約52万人の老人がそこで暮らしています。

しかし、約52万人の老人が老人ホームに入所できずに待機しているのが現状です。

順番待ちではありますが、
単身の生活保護者や路上生活者が優先的に入所できる場合があります。

老人ホームだけではありません。
デイサービスも待機状態です。
在宅サービスも同じです。

介護スタッフが足りません。
介護求人倍率は日々上昇しています。

しかし、介護の仕事は重労働です。
退職者が相次いでいます。

介護スタッフが退職することで、老人ホームは閉鎖します。

さらに入所するために待たなければなりません。
その上、介護保険料が引き上げられます。
サービスを受けられないのに請求額だけ上がります。

この悪循環は解決できないのでしょうか？
